1-1 PERSONAL TRAINING/HAND PAD SESSION

One on One training sessions help you progress faster, by providing training focused on you alone, and more personalized, immediate feedback than group classes.

SHARED PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

​

Geared towards 2 to 4 participants. Sometimes you want personalized training, but the sessions may be cost prohibitive. Share the cost with some friends and get more focused training than you would in a group class.

​

 

TEAM/GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS & BOOT CAMPS

​

Improve workplace or team morale with our Group Training Sessions and Boot Camps. Shared training with teammates or co-workers will improve group fitness and instill a sense of camaraderie - a bonding experience like no other. Teams from other sports have been using our gym for years for cross-training and conditioning.
