CLASSES
We follow the Boxing Canada Long Term Athlete Development Program, which supports athletes from their first class through competitive training and beyond.

class TYPES
Youth (Ages 8–15)
A fun, no-contact class that builds fitness, physical literacy, and basic boxing skills in a supportive setting.
Fundamentals Class
A great starting point for new members or anyone looking to add variety to their workouts. Training focuses on conditioning and proper technique through simple offensive and defensive movements.
Female Fighter Class
A fundamentals class taught by women for women, offering a welcoming introduction to boxing.
Technical Class
For members who have mastered the basics. This class introduces higher-intensity training and advanced offensive and defensive skills. Sessions may include light partner drills or technical sparring. Registration with Boxing Canada is required for any sparring.
Technical class members may also attend Introduction to Sparring sessions, where controlled sparring takes place under coach supervision.
Competitive Team
With coach approval, athletes can join Competitive Team training and Open Sparring. When ready, they may be submitted for competition. All contact work is supervised by coaches, and Boxing Canada registration is required.
